Course Objective
This
course helps graduate students learn the fundamental knowledge and research issues
of wireless ad hoc and sensor networks. The course topics will cover
signals & spectrum, transmission issues, ad hoc communication, IEEE
802.15, MANET routing, VANET, WASN, Bluetooth, ZigBee, NFV, and RFID. Students
will be asked to read academic papers related to wireless ad hoc &
sensor networks
and give oral presentations in class.
