(1) Download the file haha.jar into any sub-directory on your PC
(2) Make sure "java" in your command PATH
(3) Run hahag.jar with the following command:
    java -jar hahag.jar

(4) To view the contents in the jar file:
      jar tvf hahag.jar  |  more
